Put on your comfortable walking shoes and bundle up, because on Day 6 of our May 2016 Experience Sicily with Chef Melissa Muller tour, we’re going up the volcano! Not only will we have a nature-powered adventure with local experts who grew up on Etna, but we’ll also enjoy a lunch of typical cuisine from the region, and of course, wines!

What is the typical cuisine, you ask? Well, I’m not going to give it all away, but to give you an idea: local sausages procured from wild boar, various sheep cheeses, DOP pistachios, regional breads, and Etna Rosso and Etna Bianco. Walking in the forest, eating well, fresh air, maybe some lava flow… A departure from your normal work day, for sure! Join us.
