Annually each May and June, L’Istituto Nazionale del Dramma Antico (INDA) presents ancient works of theater at Siracusa’s 5th-Century-BC Teatro Greco (pictured, photographed during last year’s performance of The Suppliants by Aeschylus). During the 2016 season, INDA will produce Electra of Sophocles, Phaedra by Seneca, and Alcestis of Euripides.

On the evening of Day 7 of our Experience Sicily with Chef Melissa Muller tour, May 19-31, 2016, we’ll be taking in Sophocles’ Electra. Based on the performances I’ve seen here in the past, I imagine it will be electrifying! Join us! Email AllisonScola@ExperienceSicily.com to sign up! Contact me by 9PM on Sunday, March 6 to take advantage of a $300 discount per person.
