Stir Your Soul in Sicily

Since 2013, I’ve led a lot of tours in Sicily. Five already in 2026. Stirring Sicily is special. The love of sharing food and recipes with others attracts a special traveler to join us.

A group of less than 12 guests immediately sets the tone – – you’ll be part of the gang. You’ll be well-cared for. Within a day, you and your other travelers will feel like old friends.

Break apart newly ripe tomatoes and aromatic basil with your fingers to make Trapani-style pesto with almonds and garlic in a mortar and pestle. Form balls in your hands with the sticky, saffron-infused rice stuffed with beef ragù. Fry-up cubes of eggplant and the mix them in with the sweet and sour of the agrodolce to make a perfectly seasoned caponata. Local mammas and experienced chefs will show you homegrown traditions.

Sit down to share meals together. Laugh. Dance. Be struck with wonder at the ancient pathways and wild beauty that surrounds you in Sicily.

Stirring Sicily isn’t just a food tour. It’s a reminder that the moments in life that you remember the most are those that connect you to others, stimulate your senses, and stir your soul.

Join us. Today is the last day to register for this September’s experience.
