Experience Sicily is pleased to announce that Benjamin North Spencer, author of The New Wines of Mount Etna and Director of Etna Wine School, will be joining our small-group cooking and wine tour, Stirring Sicily, this August 28 to September 4 as a special co-host.

Bringing his profound knowledge of Sicilian wines and experience as a professional cook in the United States before relocating to Sicily 12 years ago, Benjamin will contribute a deeper understanding of Sicilian wines to our experience as well as an informed interpretation of Sicilian cuisine for American cooks and connoisseurs. This is an outstanding opportunity for wine lovers and gourmands to learn from a leader in the world of wine.

In addition to holding a Diploma from the London-based Wine & Spirit Education Trust, Benjamin is a journalist, wine judge, and a professional winemaker with two decades of experience working with artisan and internationally traded wine brands in California and Italy.

Based at an agriturismo outside of Palermo, Stirring Sicily is limited to 12 guests and features three hands-on cooking classes, wine tastings, a market tour, interaction with locals, and so much more.

Grab your spot today to join Experience Sicily Owner/Curator Allison Scola and Benjamin for this special addition of Stirring Sicily. Access the full itinerary to learn more and register at https://experiencesicily.com/stirring-sicily-2024/
