Thank you to Dancing Ewe Farm for hosting Experience Sicily this past weekend!

100 fresh, homemade (by yours truly… help with the rolling out and cutting the dough by Joe Ravo) cannoli stuffed with outstanding sheep’s milk ricotta cream from upstate New York! We’ll do it again next year so you will be able to understand just how awesome that is.

Jody Somers of Dancing Ewe Farm and I love to collaborate! He is a caring sheep farmer and expert cheese maker, and each weekend from April through Christmas, he hosts beautiful dinners and Sunday lunches on his bucolic and breathtaking property. He cooks outstanding meals using farm- fresh, local, seasonal ingredients.

For the second year in a row, we have collaborated to bring you cannoli made with ricotta from Dancing Ewe Farm, and the result is remarkable.

Keep in touch so you’ll know when we’ll be collaborating again!
