Olive Oil Lesson With GoSicily In New York City

I feel so blessed that through Experience Sicily I have the privilege to work with and know some extraordinary women! Firstly, thanks go to Kathy Murray for inviting her outstanding friends to her New York City home and hosting last night’s private event. Secondly, but equally important, thanks go to Annalisa Pompeo of GoSicily Sicilian Cooking Experience for presenting a fabulous evening of homemade Sicilian cuisine coupled with a stimulating olive oil tasting and lesson.

From Annalisa, we learned how to determine excellent olive oil from not-so-good ones and more. Her knowledge and passion are infectious! Needless to say, the food she prepared with Val Paradiso olive oil was eaten voraciously by our guests. Then throw in a tarantella sung live by yours truly and voilà: A truly memorable evening!

Come with me to Sicily! We’ll be cooking in Annalisa’s kitchen outside of Agrigento in September for Stirring Sicily, September 16-23, 2020. Learn more at https://experiencesicily.com/2020-tours-of-sicily/stirring-sicily-sept-2020/ and let’s talk!

Call me at +1-646-281-4324 to reserve your spot or to discuss us designing a custom itinerary for you during which you can visit Annalisa.
