We cooked up a storm inside yesterday with the talented and spunky cooking impresario Annalisa Pompeo of GoSicily Sicilian Cooking Experience for our Experience Sicily cooking class! We made arancine (rice balls) and ricottamasu. I loved having everyone at my home to share a memorable, joyful day. And wow, the rice balls we made were out of this world! Annalisa knows how to make ’em!

You can meet Annalisa to learn her secrets during a cooking class in Sicily. Whether you travel guided by an itinerary we custom design for you and your loved ones or you come with me and Antonino Elia for our Cooking In Sicily: Stirring Sicily September 2020 food and wine tour, September 16-23, during which Annalisa is one of our teachers, we’ll have you laughing and savoring each moment in Sicily.
