From Arthur Avenue To Sicily

Congratulations to my friends Danielle Oteri and Christian Galliani, proprietors of Arthur Avenue Food Tours and Feast on History, for this cover feature on this week’s New Yorker magazine! Included in the full piece (at https://www.newyorker.com/culture/cover-story/cover-story-2018-10-29, there are a number of beautiful illustrations from their food and shopping tour, including one of Danielle cradling a loaf of bread at Madonie Brothers Bakery.

What does this have to do with Sicily? Well, June 28 to July 7, 2019, Danielle and I are co-hosting a 10-day tour together, Southern Secrets: Campania and Sicily’s Hidden Corners. It’s a unique opportunity to explore two regions of Italy with two insiders. How much more cool can one get than being in the New Yorker?!
