Where Should We Eat?

You’ve just woke up after a nap you took to recover from your overnight, international flight. You are hungry. You only have so many dinners to enjoy in Sicily. Now, what?

Planning an international trip can be daunting for many people. And Sicily specifically, is so rich with things to do–and food to eat!–and is so foreign, that planning a tour to the island region without help can be overwhelming.

So, for example, trying to sort out which restaurant in Palermo is the best one at which to eat pasta con le sarde (A typical Palermitano dish that is made with bucatini pasta, fresh sardines, wild fennel, raisins, pinenuts, saffron, and breadcrumbs, pictured) can cause one dizziness! When you come with me on a small-group, multi-sensory tour, I remove the anxiety (and hunger!) and replace it with ooos and aahs because everything is taken care of for you!
