Etna Rosso D.O.C. Rosso (2009) from Aítala Etna is produced on the northern slopes of Mount Etna at an altitude ranging from 500 to 700 meters above sea level. Terraced volcanic soil and sharp variations in day to night temperatures cultivate a dry, balanced, smooth wine. Rocco Trefiletti continues the tradition of winemaking established by his grandfather in the early 20th century. Tribeca Vini imports Aítala wines from Sicily.
