In anticipation of your trip orientation meeting, please plan 20 minutes to watch the below video.
The agenda is as follows:
- Access your email on your smart phone
- Open the email from Allison Scola with your Trip Plan: “Itinerary Specially Designed for … ” or “Your Sicily Itinerary”
- At the bottom of the email, click on “View Itinerary”
- Follow the instructions on the screen and access the itinerary using the app. “View in App”
- Load the “Trip Plans” app on to your smart phone. You can do this by going to the App Store or the Play Store. The app is called “Trip Plans.”
- Using the email address where you received the above email, create a Trip Plans account (and password). Your itinerary is tied to the email address that we have for you. If you prefer that we use a different email address for Trip Plans, you must send us a request to add that different email to your itinerary permissions.
- Access Trip Plans and you should see your itinerary. You may need to do a hard close of Trip Plans, return to the above email, and then access Trip Plans again.
- New app! Now, add WhatsApp to your smart phone. Do this by going to your app store and searching for WhatsApp. Go through the process of adding WhatsApp to your phone.
- Once you are familiar with WhatsApp, go back to Trip Plans and click on in the introduction text of your itinerary “Join Your WhatsApp Group Chat” link.
- Join your WhatsApp chat.
- Return to Trip Plans and explore your itinerary.
