Today I drove from Palermo to Giardini Naxos. Sicily’s center is hot and dry. The wheat fields are mostly harvested, leaving the hills golden. 

My reason for crossing the island? Because tomorrow, Sat. July 1, from 10a-noon EDT, I’ll be a guest on Rudy Maxa’s World with The Careys radio show, which will be broadcasting live from Sicily!
