Cooking Sicily in NYC

We are so fortunate here in New York City because our friend Annalisa Pompeo from GoSicily Cooking Experience is here visiting from Agrigento. But not only visiting–she’s here presenting a handful of cooking demonstrations as part of various events that Experience Sicily is co-hosting with GelsominoImports.com, importers of fine Sicilian artisanal products. Tonight Annalisa wowed our guests with her fresh pasta making skills coupled with freshly made (by mortar and pestle!) pistachio pesto, and more. Mmmm… If this doesn’t make you want to go to Sicily… We might have to feel your pulse! We have more opportunities to meet Annalisa while she’s here… And then, of course there is this September’s 8-day Stirring Sicily trip when we’ll have three classes with her!
