Pane cà meusa and Me… and You

A photo of yours truly in Palermo’s Vucciria street market reveling in the glory of assembling my pane cà meusa (veal spleen sandwich) with Unti e Bisunti’s Chef Rubio. Don’t forget to splash it with lemon juice for an extra tang!

As you can see, I delight in experiencing Sicily. I also delight in sharing Sicily with you. Over the next two weeks, along with my colleagues of Gelsomino Imports (a woman-owned business focused on importing Sicilian specialty products) and goSicily Sicilian Cooking Experience (a woman-owned business offering hands-on cooking lessons for tourists in Agrigento), I am co-hosting a series of events in New York City, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut that will give you an opportunity to talk with us in person about this fascinating island region and its culture. Annalisa from goSicily will be here from Sicily to share her talents with us! Would you like to join us? We have a handful of spots left. Each requires a registration. Email me to tell us you’d like to come!
