  1. How in the world do you eat spadole? Is it like herring or something like that, where you just eat the whole thing? Seems long and slippery!!! 🙂

    1. I haven’t actually eaten it, but a guest on our tour did and said it was excellent. I think they fillet it and probably bread it so you don’t know it’s original form.
