I am boarding my plane to Palermo from JFK right now! On my list of things to see and do in Sicily this visit is to meet with an enologist on Mount Etna who will be leading our group on Day 9 of September’s Enchanting Sicily small-group tour at a vineyard, just like this one…  Except the vines will be full of grapes versus in this picture which is from early spring. I am so thrilled that we will be learning all about the grape growing process, the harvest, and how wine is made and aged. Then of course tasting different varietals and enjoying a pairing for lunch! Join us! It’s going to be out of this world!
