Let It Snow

In a departure from the norm, I present to you a photo taken this morning by my cousin Evelina from her home in Bagheria. It snowed in Sicily last night–a very unusual occurrence! Everything has come to a standstill there today. Sicilians have no idea what to do with snow (except to look at it on the top of Mount Etna from afar!). Evelina loved the contrast of her prized hot pink Bougainvillea flowers to the white snow. We wanted to share it with you all! Buon Anno! Happy New Year!
