Experience Sicily is thrilled to be partening for the second year with cookbook author and culinary storyteller Rossella Rago, host of Cooking with Nonna, for our annual Stirring Sicily small group tour!

Join us for an intimate, fully immersive culinary adventure. Delight in hands-on cooking classes, wine tastings of Sicily’s outstanding vintages, and interaction with locals. You’ll learn time-tested recipes of traditional Sicilian dishes while relishing the beauty and enchantment of central and western Sicily’s UNESCO sites and hidden communities. Along with Rossella, you’ll savor moments in Palermo’s vibrant markets, among the boats in a fishing community, with sheep at a family-run dairy (mmm… fresh ricotta!), and by getting your hands in the dough with home-schooled Sicilian mammas and trained chefs. 

You’ll have a remarkable, immersive experience knowing that we’ve taken care of all the details. Hosted by two Italofiles that know how this land renews the soul, we will take you on a journey you’ll always remember.
