Learn to make Sicily’s unique pesto where fresh tomatoes and almonds are the stars of the show. Just in time for tomato season!

Our Program

Tomato and basil season is arriving, and you’ll be pleased to know how to make this wonderful Sicilian pesto from Trapani province that features fresh tomatoes, basil, and garlic and almonds.

Upon reservation, you’ll have access to a list of the ingredients and materials you’ll need to participate. Please plan to cook with me because then I can answer any questions you may have and by the time we finish, you’ll have fresh pesto for your dinner! This is an easy recipe that will be great for the summer!

While we’re cooking, I’ll talk about the highlights of western Sicily—which has extraordinary sites like Segesta, Selinunte, Erice, the ancient salt pans and windmills, and so much more.
