I’ll teach you how to make cannoli from scratch: the cream and the shells — and you’ll learn insider, expert tips!

This event will meet on Zoom. Shortly after you register, you’ll receive an email with a link to enter your details for Zoom (Look for the orange button with the link.). Please submit your information to receive your unique link for our meeting time.

Your confirmation will also include the list of ingredients and my recipe for cannoli. Read this information. It will help you prepare. Plan to shop for your ingredients (especially the ricotta) a couple of days in advance so you’ll have everything ready.

Start Planning Now!

Cannoli forms (stainless steel or wood), a pasta making machine and/or a rolling pin are essential tools for your success. Most gourmet kitchen supply stores will have them, but you may need to order them, so plan time to do that.

Please plan to cook with me because then I can answer any questions you may have and by the time we finish, you’ll have fresh cannoli for dessert!

While we’re cooking, I’ll tell you fun facts and discuss the culture of cannoli.

I look forward to cooking with you!
