Here’s a flashback to warmer weather–a dose of this is doing me some good today. Last May, I had the pleasure of swimming in this spectacular pool at the Sabbie D’Oro Residence in Castellammare del Golfo, Sicily. (Yes, that it me at the pool! Owned by hostess with the most-ess Contessa Paola, I highly recommend you consider Sabbie D’Oro (meaning, gold sand, referring to the beach a few hundred meters away) if you are looking to rent a villa for your vacation in Sicily.
