“Pasta al nero di seppia” or pasta with cuttlefish ink sauce: a memorable dinner enjoyed and photographed in Palermo’s historic center.

      It’s similar to calamari, but it’s ink is delicious on pasta!

    I’m sure this is another tasty Siciian dish, but I’m not sure I could do this! Waiting for them to move…..eek!
